Henry, Messi .... go go go Barce!

It's coming to the end of another football (soccer) season in Europe ... later tonite, at 2.45am (HK time) English Premier League Champions Manchester Utd will go up against Spanish La Liga Champions Barcelona in Rome for the UEFA Champions League 08/09 crown ... and arguably, currently the two best players in the world will go head to head ... Cristiano Ronaldo (C7) vs Lionel Messi

Though being a Brit ... i will be hoping Barce wins tonite .... i am a believer and admirer of Barce's entertaining, attacking full-throttle style of football this season, and also hoping for one of my all-time favorite players, Thierry Henry to win his first European Championship club medal ....

love it when Thierry rings home after he scores most of the time ... hope he gets to call tonite ...

Seemingly, most of the pundits and bookmakers are favoring Man Utd, as Barce are being plagued with a host of injuries and suspensions to several key players ... but heck, what do they know ... haha :oP

My prediction (wishful thinking) : Barcelona to win a 3 - 2 goal-fest ... with Henry scoring the first and last goal!

For those of u that are going to watch the match - ENJOY! .... it should be a great Final showdown ... i'll be having fun no doubt,  packing into my local Hongkie style diner downstairs to watch the game in an hour or so's time ...
