龙须面羹 Dragon Beard Noodle with Starchy Broth

One of the best bowl of noodles I have eaten, the noodles were finely hand stretched, so fine they resemble the dragon's beard, that's how the noodle got its name. The chef added a tint of black vinegar to the starchy broth,  that brought out the fragrant of the broth and the starchy base makes the noodle so smooth you can swallow it really really easily. You need really good chopstick skill to actually pick up the long strand of Dragon's Beard Noodle. It is also a very healthy bowl of noodle because the chef has added shredded carrots into the noodle.

非常好吃的一碗面，龙须面羹， 因为师傅把面条拉得细如龙须，因此得名。面里头还加了萝卜丝，上面铺的是炸得香脆的龙须面，加强了口感，羹里加了黑醋，那面吃起来香喷喷，又滑顺，真是非常好吃又健康的一碗面。

It was a yummy bowl of noodle, and the price S$4.50/bowl. Very very decent price for a good bowl of steaming hot noodle.
