Somebody has to get this guy a job out of the kitchen and on the stage. I love the environment that this video was taken, just knocked off work and sitting around with the other cooks smoking and drinking beer on a hot summer's night. Surely this guy can have a real audience because he's really good. I like the reworking of the Hotel California lyrics. This guys rocks!
